Modelled as a dynamic sculptural object, the building has two entrance levels, referring to the site plan organisation.

Therefore the main courtyard is designed as an interior topographical landscape. The building parts are covered by a screen structure that shades the facades and creates a shaded outdoor activities space in the inner courtyard. Anticipated start of construction: End of 2009
